We only deliver to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
We deliver to your home or to a collection point.
Delivery costs are €4.90 in France for both delivery methods, €4.90 for delivery to a collection point and €6.20 for home delivery in other countries.
The amount will be shown when paying for the order.
RETURNS
Returns are free of charge.
Return requests are possible up to 14 days after receipt of your order by logging into your second hand customer account.
A form for generating a shipping label is available in the "My orders" section.
You then have 14 days to return your parcel.
