It features a very high collar and long sleeves, puffy at the top with a deep cuff that zips up to the forearm. The high-waisted wrap skirt is tight-fitting, with gathering from one side. The fabric of this dress is jacquard burnout velvet, featuring a irregular spot pattern for a chic graphic effect.
