We only deliver to Metropolitan France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
We deliver to your home or to a collection point.
Delivery costs are €4.90 for delivery to a collection point and €6.90 for home delivery in all countries.
The amount will be shown when paying for the order.


RETURNS
Returns costs 8€.

Return requests are possible up to 14 days after receipt of your order by logging into your second hand customer account.
A form for generating a shipping label is available in the "My orders" section.
You then have 14 days to return your parcel.
