Before going to the store, make sure that your items comply with our trade-in conditions: We only trade in ba&sh items: your item must still have the brand label as well as the composition and care labels. There are 3 levels of condition: New condition: with original label, never worn. Excellent condition: the item is like new, with no signs of wear or defects. Very good condition: the item shows only minor signs of wear, invisible from 30cm away. We do not accept products in any other condition: damaged, with holes, stains, missing pieces, etc. The following items are not eligible for trade-in: shoes, jewellery, underwear and the current year's collections.
